CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PERSPECTIVES in association with National Foundation for Corporate Governance

A two day Management Development Program was organized by APIM in association with NFCG on Corporate Governance Perspectives during 13-14 March 2012 at AIM, New Delhi. The objective of the program was to enable the participants to appreciate the concept and criticality of corporate governance and its ethical and social responsibility dimensions. The two day program was delivered through a judicious mix of lectures, case studies, and presentations for sustained learning.

Corporate governance defined as a set of systems, processes and principles which ensure that the company is governed in the best interest of all stake holders.  It is a system by which companies are directed and controlled.  It is about promoting corporate fairness, transparency and accountability. In other words, ‘good corporate governance’ is simply ‘good business’.
