Asia–Pacific Institute of Management conducted two-day training programme on “Development of Positive Orientation for Higher Performance” for IFS officers from pan India (Ministry of Environment & Forest). It was a residential programme held at Dee marks hotel & resorts at New Delhi. The trainer for programme was Mr. Sahil Sahore who is an international speaker and an eminent name in the corporate and public sector. Sahil Sahore has been a consultant for many upcoming organizations and addressed thousands of people in his various talk shows & seminars in India & abroad. He has also been a Keynote Speaker & Seminar Leader. He has studied, researched, written and spoken for 15 plus years in the fields of Self Development, Business Philosophy and Organizational Psychology. The main aim of the training, as the title suggests was to inculcate positive orientation to further hone the performance in both professional and personal spheres. The training gave insight on topics like purpose of professional life, setting professional benchmarks, uncovering hidden potential, competitive attitude vs. commitment etc. The training methodology was very participative with lot of activities and brainstorming sessions which overall made it a very successful training for all the participants.
