If one want to excel in life, motivation is essential. One must know how to motivate oneself and others. One must be able to keep ones spirit high along with others no matter how discouraging a situation is. Those who get discouraged in difficult times are certain to lose even before the battle is over. So, if one has a dream, ones dream must be big enough to inspire one and others. It must be realistic and challenging. It must stretch your ability beyond your comfort zone. To be truly motivated, one needs to have hunger and not just desire. In many cases, hunger makes the difference between the best performers and the mediocre ones. When one meets obstacles along the way, there could be the tendency to quit. One may think that it’s too difficult to move on. One may think that ones dream is impossible to achieve. But this is where one can see the difference between winners and losers. Though both of them face the same difficulties, there is something that makes the winners different: the courage to continue.
This training programme is designed to enhance the understanding and developing the skills that will turn ones obstacles into positive results. One will discover the techniques that will give edge over other to make your dreams come true. This Programme undoubtedly will help one to develop the courage to move ahead.
The two-day programme is designed to focus broadly on the following:
- Significance of internal motivation in personal and professional life
- Techniques of goal setting and goal getting
- Reinventing self to enhance self understanding
- Team work motivation
- Understanding and developing techniques to motivate self and others
- Creating climate of trust and comfort
- Developing action plan for managerial effectiveness
The pedagogy will be highly interactive and will involve a mix of lecture, group discussions, simulation exercises, case analysis etc.
The programme is aimed at Executives working at all levels in government, public and private sectors, MNCs and NGOs etc.
Venue & Duration
The two-day MDP will be held at Takshila – The MDP Centre of Excellence, Asia-Pacific Institute of Management situated on Delhi–Mathura Road, Near Apollo Hospital, Jasola, Opp. Sarita Vihar, New Delhi on non-residential basis. Institute will provide help in arranging accommodation in nearby hotel on payment basis, if required.

*Service tax as applicable is payable extra.
- Early bird discount of Rs.1000 per participant for nominations received two week before the commencement date of the programme
- One complimentary nomination on non-residential basis for every group of four nominations from the same organization, i.e., 4+1 participants for the fee of 4 participants.
Fees is payable by DD in favour of ‘Asia Pacific Institute of Management’ payable at New Delhi.

Prof. Piali Haldar, PGDRM(IRMA) is the Area Chairperson for Marketing at AIM. She has rich work experience spanning 16 years in the industry and academics. She has worked in the capacity of Marketing Head in reputed organisation and act as a mentor and motivator for her team members. She has been working as faculty member and acting as guide and mentor for the students. She has developed several training programme on motivation and Corporate Branding Strategy, interpersonal skill. She has published papers in reputed National & International Journals. Prof. Piali’s areas of special interests are developing positive attitude, interpersonal skill, team management, motivation, corporate branding strategy and personality development programmes.
